No. If you only need CVHancer for one job search, a Job Hunt Pass gives you everything in Pro for 7 days ($9), 30 days ($19) or 90 days ($39) with a single payment. It doesn't renew, so there's nothing to cancel. When it ends you go back to the free plan and keep your resumes.
