Contact SupportCan I see my clients’ resumes?
No. Each person’s resumes stay private to their account. You see who has started and, once at least 3 people have, the group’s totals: resumes tailored, applications, interviews and offers.
Will my clients be charged when the 30 days end?
Never. No card is asked when they redeem a code and nothing renews. They go back to the free plan and keep their resumes.
Do the codes expire?
No. A code works until it’s used, and the 30 days only start when the client redeems it. A code nobody used can go to someone else.
Does it work for clients applying abroad?
Yes. Resumes are checked against the rules of the country they apply to, such as the US, the UK, Germany, France and the Gulf, plus Europass, and can be translated. The site works in English, French, Dutch and Arabic.
Can I get an invoice for my organisation?
Every payment comes with an emailed receipt from Dodo Payments, our payment provider. If you need your organisation’s name or VAT number on it, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
