Contact SupportCan I see my clients' resumes?
No. Each person's resumes stay private to their account. On your codes page you see who has started and, once at least 3 people have, the group's totals: resumes tailored, applications, interviews and offers. Never anyone's resume or details.
Will the people I give a code to be charged afterwards?
Never. A pass is 30 days of Pro with no card asked and nothing that renews. When it ends they go back to the free plan and keep their resumes.
Do the codes expire?
No. A code works until it's used, and the 30 days start only when the person redeems it. A code nobody has used can go to someone else.
What does each person get?
Everything in Pro for 30 days: unlimited resumes, AI rewriting and tailoring to each job ad, the market-fit check, the job tracker, every template and country format, and PDFs without a watermark.
Which languages and countries are covered?
The site works in English, French, Dutch and Arabic. Resumes follow the rules of the country people apply to: the US, the UK, Germany, France, the Gulf and more, plus Europass.
How do I hand out the codes?
From your codes page: paste a list of email addresses and we email one code to each person with your message, copy each link yourself, or download them all as a spreadsheet.
Can I get an invoice for my organisation?
Dodo Payments, our payment provider, emails a receipt for every payment. If you need your organisation’s name or VAT number on it, contact us before or after buying and we’ll sort it out.
